We're ramping up production to meet global demand and are recruiting welders, mechanical assemblers, and process operators. These positions are based in our recently expanded, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Torrington, Connecticut.
Process operators are responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of our specialized fuel cell components. These positions will receive extensive on-the-job training to perform a variety of hands-on manual, semi-automated, and automated processes.
Mechanical assemblers perform a variety of hands-on mechanical and electronic product assembly operations on product components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. Assemblers will be cross-trained and provided with rotating work assignments.
Welders and mechanical assemblers are responsible for executing precise, hands-on manufacturing tasks for our specialized fuel cell components. These positions require significant experience and rely on the ability to safely and precisely handle a variety of materials.
